Survived the tornado!

Thanks for all the nice inquiries - we're just fine, but it really did touch down right here on our block! The house made it through beautifully: just one tiny leak, and a few brick & arbor beams moved out of place.


The garden looked almost untouched, but trees in our neighbors' backyards on both sides of us were damaged. The tree directly across the street was struck by lightening and fell down the next day, despite D's best efforts to hold it up with one hand. (joking!)
