Today is approximately 3 weeks before "last frost," and everything is greening up dramatically. This week we filled in the remaining dirt in the vegetable patch and set out the gardenias and sago palms; many seedlings in the greenhouse have "true leaves."Today is also tax day, and we finally got news on the NY State Green Roof Tax Credit. The bad news is that the city issued application forms for the credits less than ten days before the forms were due, and didn't announce their availability. So we can't apply this year. The good news is that we can apply next year, even though the green roof was completed in 2008.
Don't get used to garden posts! But sometimes I can't resist.
