Second Column

Today's story is much like yesterday's. The rear column will be supporting more new weight than the front column, because the two new floors start 50 feet (half way) back from 11th Street and the short leg of the L-shaped 3rd floor will extend all the way to the normal property line (the 100 foot point). Therefore, the new supporting structure for the rear column is much deeper and wider than that of the front column.
